Any order from a customer for stationery from Cardiff Invitations
is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
We would recommend all customers purchase a sample before ordering. Samples are charged at £4.00. This cost will be deducted from any future order.
All orders must be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit. A production slot will not be booked until the deposit has been received.
The lead time from this point is usually 6 to 8 weeks, however if items are required sooner than this please contact us for current availability.
Proofing will be done via email with the exception of the final hard-copy proofs. The customer is responsible for proof reading and checking all details. The customer is required to sign the proofs and return them together with final numbers before productions can commence. That will then become the minimum number for your order, you will be charged for that amount. Any changes made after proofs have been signed will incur additional charges and any cancellations will require payment in full.
Please ensure that all information is double checked prior to providing it to us in particular names and times. We will print exactly as the document is sent.
It is also the customer's responsibility to approve the proof in a timely manner as any delay may affect the delivery date of the finished products.
We would be happy to supply additional items however availability cannot be guaranteed so we therefore advise you inform us with additional requirements as soon as possible.
All our designs are individually handcrafted and therefore variations in our products may sometimes occur and this does not mean that items are in any way faulty.
The 50% balance will be due for payment when the order is complete and the order will not be despatched until this payment has cleared.
Our stationery is normally shipped by courier and is charged at £10.00 per delivery; however there may be variations in this due to the size or nature of the order. This will be confirmed to the customer on receipt of the details of the order.
In the unlikely event that you find there is a problem with your wedding stationery, the customer must notify us in writing (email or post) within 7 days. Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns can only be accepted when the items are faulty. In this case, the faulty stationery must be returned to us within 7 days.
We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice however any increase would not affect any confirmed orders.
We understand that personal privacy is important and therefore all personal information provided to us, will not be supplied to any third party without prior consent.
Due to the handmade nature of the stationery, our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children.
We reserve the right to include our website address on the rear of all our designs.
All of our designs are copyright Cardiff Invitations. You, or any other third party, cannot reproduce any part of the design in any way.
Copyright of any items included within the stationery is the responsibility of the customer and any fee for copyright should be paid direct to the copyright owner.
We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to stationery during posting to guests.
